The word "Holiday" you may find sometimes in the advertisements refers to Eastern (varies year to year) and Christmas dates.
-Mandatory deposit: about 30-50% depending on the touristic operator.
-Full payment: due at consignement of keys -if not payed in whole solution-
-Collateral deposit:it is requested at arrival 100% of the total cost of the holiday (some may ask only 50% plus a passport in guarantee) which will be returned after verification of no damages or lack of objects.

Annulments received before 60 days from your arrival: mandatory deposit is reimboursed usually with a small penalty (in Us $); those received between 30-60 days from arrival will have a reimboursement of 50% of your mandatory deposit and annulmentsd arriving only before 30 days of your booking date will not be reimboursed at all.
Same thing for departures before closing date. You will not be reimboursed of lacking days.
Eventual
changes in dates already booked and confirmed -if authorized- will have an extra commission (usually about 50$us)

Le Cancellazioni pervenute precedenti ai 60 giorni dal vostro arrivo vengono rimborsate con detrazione di una piccola penale (in $USD); quelle pervenute tra i 30 – 60 giorni precedenti all'arrivo hanno solitamente un rimborso del 50% del vostro anticipo obbligatorio mentre le cancellazioni pervenute entro i 30 giorni precedenti all'arrivo non daranno vita ad alcùn rimborso dell'anticipo obbligatorio effettuato.
Nell'evento di partenze anticipate non vi saranno rimborsi di giorni non usufruiti.
